With more than a decade of yoga practice, Faith offers different yoga class types, in both individual private class as well as group class settings. Both yoga class settings have their own benefits and should complement each other.

While individual practice is important in cultivating mindfulness and balance as well as accomplishing personal goals, group practice offers a very different energy and hence different experience.

As a yoga practitioner for many years, Faith continues to attend group yoga classes while she maintains her own private practice. She strongly encourages everyone to find time for both types of practices if possible. Do contact Faith if you have any questions!
